Pastor Bill Thomas was born on June 21st in Washington, D.C. He is the proud parent of three children: Brittney, and a set of twins William & Briana.

Pastor Bill served as the Youth Minister at Galilee Baptist Church for several years. He was licensed in 1994 under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. Eugene Weathers. He graduated in January 1996, from Elijah Academy’s four-year Ministerial School at Galilee. He continued his studies at Maple Springs Theological College maintaining a 3.9 grade point average. He was ordained and installed as Pastor of Open Bible Ministries in June 1998, at New Atonement Church under the leadership of Pastors Robert & Stephanie Jennings.

On August 2, 1998, Pastors Bill and the late Brigette Thomas founded Open Bible Ministries. This ministry was birthed to re-gather the scattered and to restore families. Pastor Bill has hosted the magnificent, exhilarating, invigorating Real Anointed Women (RAW) Conference since year 2001. This conference reaches hundreds of women each year and has hosted dynamic speakers such as Evangelist Rita Twiggs, Dr. Millicent Thompson Hunter, Pastor Jasmin Sculark, Evangelist Laura Pickett, Dr. Claudette Copeland, and Pastor Cynthia Brazelton.

In November 2001, Pastor Bill and his late wife opened Life Restoration Services, Inc. (LRS). LRS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restore life unto any individual by developing and empowering them through various courses, training, counseling and programs.

In April 2003, Pastor Bill was installed as a Board Member of Covenant Connections International (CCI). CCI is an organization that was birth by Pastors Tony and Cynthia Brazelton.

As God has moved through him, his ministry has grown by leaps and bounds and continues to strive to be a blessing to the community in which it resides as well as to GOD's people. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!
